Piece of Cake Designs likes to follow the below recipe when building a website for a client:
- FAT FREE: Keep it simple and easy to navigate around for your viewers. When people firs enter a website, they don’t want to see mountains of writing in front of them. The home page should be a map, and if the viewer wants to learn more about something, they’ll navigate themselves to it.
- TASTEFUL: Keep it appealing to the eye, people are attracted to pretty things.
- GOOD INGREDIENTS: The website should be informative and easy to understand.
Piece of Cake Designed is run by Natalie Wheeler and Carl Gutsche from a home based office in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Natalie went to school for Digital Animation as well as Web Design and discovered her love of designing websites when she began to create websites for friends and family, gradually expanding her network of clients from there. Carl is her boyfriend and right- hand man, dealing with the administrative side of the websites.
As stated on our ‘recipe’ above, we like to keep our websites extremely organized and easy to navigate around with little clutter, making it appealing to the eye.
